I know this blog has turned shamelessly filled with me exhibiting myself but I just got news today from the doctor that I am not only 5'11" 180# with a 30" waist but that I currently have 7.3% body fat. So of course I paraded around in all sorts of expensive new tight tiny shorts in front of the three oversize mirrors I just got leaning all over my bedroom.
