Water emergency. They've been drilling in front of my building all evening and now deep into the night. The 1:45 am lady in her nightgown screaming 'excuse me' between drills was funny. He just kept drilling. Didn't even look. It's New York.

So sorry to hear of your loss of sleep. I have a prison for children across the street (school of last resort) yesterday the police handcuffed a teenage black girl and shoved her into the squad car. She was yelling SHIT! DAMN! FUCK! and AWW HELL NO all over the place.
Woke me up at 7:00 A.M.
