Everyone on CNN is freaking out over this from Republicans to Democrat women, saying that if the media published a shot of Obama like that people would be outraged. Newsweek (such a rotten publication anyway ) is downplaying the shot since it's distribution ; I couldn't really get goot footage of it on the net. People on television were saying that shots of the cover on news programs or the internet did not do the horror that is this photo any justice: you have to see the cover in person. SO, I just ran out and bought it on the way to dinner - last copy! I don't really enjoy her looking less than attractive, but I thought that someone should be enough of a... maverick and really document the extent to which they harped upon her otherwise smiling pretty face. To me it just says take a closer look at Sarah Palin... if you dare.
Let's take it from the top, skipping the Continental/ US Airlines commuter glasses. There wasn't a place on her face that they didn't get. In their defense, maybe the other side of her face was worse and that's why they chopped it.
Brow stubble. And long enough to have been nabbed, I'm sorry to say. What is it with women (and Long Island and Jersey boys) that get thin eyebrows and then on the inside near the nose they leave this sort of dot of hair? They don't even see it they just see a streamlined brow. There's a dot there. There has been since the 1990's.
I heard they have more lenient laws about how many pot plants you are allowed to grow in Alaska. Don't you hate it when you are doing gravity bong hits and the smoke gets under your glasses? Sarah should have carried those blue Japanese eye drops to the set with her after she got blunted.
Brutal under eye and 'parenthesis' (sides of nose) wrinkle shot.
Palin supports all types of diversity... on her nose. They should offshore drill there from looking at this photo. They even shot her nose in slight wince, pulling against the foundation and powder on it. Not nice.
Pit Bull in clumpy lipstick. In her defense, that's not spinach in her teeth. It's what dentists call 'pockets'.
I thought that she just had a chin than pushed up. Speculation is that it's a hunting scar. Whatever it is, this photography not only picks up any peach fuzz (left on her), but also shows how foundation fills in any crease. The ultimate unforgivingness.
