IN THE KNOW ON SONNY VON BULOW

I indeed do know what room Sonny Von Bulow is kept alive in inside New York Hospital. Liars tried to divert me with lame musing that she was at the north facility, but I knew they would only keep her encased in Upper East Side deco. Although I never underestimate the eunuch-like secret trove of knowledge in a gay male nurse, always have my blood taken flawlessly every time if it's drawn from a female West Indian nurse, my information actually comes from three generations of gorgeous bombshell female nurses with eyebrows drawn up their foreheads. Don't run out and get sick or a rare std so you can be in quarantine (geographic hint), there's someone outside her room and it's under a different name. R

Dr. Richard Stock, who has been her physician for twenty-nine years, as he was her mother’s and grandmother’s, visits her several times a week. She is fed through a tube in her nose. She receives physical therapy and dental care, and her hair is washed and set twice a week. Her own skin creams are used on her hands and face. She wears her own nightgowns and bed jackets and sleeps on Porthault sheets. Music plays in the room, and there are always highly scented flowers on her bedside table.
